Examined.systems was founded and is led by Sandra Overlack, supported by a growing number of associates.

Sandra is an experienced and passionate organization builder with a background spanning HR, operations, IT, and communications. She has led and scaled organizations across different sectors, including a charity, a political party, and multiple businesses.

In 2024, she realized how immensely AI will reshape organizations. Examined.systems was born and ever since, we are committed to guiding small and mid-sized businesses toward impactful and effective AI integration.

Our business model is evolving as AI is, and we embrace that. Our focus is on AI consulting and implementation. But we’re learning every day, inspired by our clients and the challenges they bring us. AI is reshaping industries. We need to flexible organizations to shape and leverage it.
